What the muscle that contrasts with the Abdominal muscle?
the muscle in your back, Abdominal helps you bend back, and the ---- muscle helps your bend down (i think).
I just need a little review just on that. Havent studied human body in a while
Erector spinae, which is made up of several different layers of muscles in the back.
The abdominal muscles help you bend down. Mainly the rectus abdominis.
