
How do I brake my ankle, wrist, or foot?
Now if your thinking i want to know because i want to i actually brake it i don't. i am in a science class of the anatomy and was wondering if any of you could help me out with a report, thanks!
fall backwards, and try and catch yourself with your wrist. That's how most people brake it. ankle is a little harder. Jump and land with your foot sideways. that will brake it if your coming down hard enough. and your foot even harder. idk drop something heavy on it haha
