
How fast will I build arm muscle?
I am trying to build arm muscle fast. I workout my arms every other day like you should do. I am about 145 and I want to be around 175 around football next year, ya i know it's a big jump. I am only 5'7" also. I am using a protein shake with 20 grams, mixed with milk of a 12 oz. Also a protein bar with 16 grams of protein after every workout. Working my arms every other day, how fast can I really see real improvement in my arms? Also taking this protein can I also get taller?
getting taller is genetics, nothing you can do about that. you should take the protein after you workout and you are overworking your muscles, not to mention you need to do more than just arm workouts to benefit from weight lifting. you should workout your muscles no more twice a week
