
Chest dips and Tricep dips using a parallel bar?
im still confused with the proper form of Chest dips and Tricep dips. Can anyone tell me the in exact details how to perform a proper chest dips and tricep dips. The two kind of dip are so much alike to this date im only sure when doing a tricep dip your arms should be tuck in by ur sides and chest dip should be wider apart.
its actually very simple the further you lean forward the more you work your chest and for triceps just dont lean forward and the wider your arms the more you bring the outer pecs and shoulders into the exercise and your right about keeping you arms tucked in for triceps
