How do I get relief from back-pain ?
My lower back really hurts me ! I think it was how I slept, how can I get relief from it?

There's not a lot of detail in your question. Where in your back? What's the pain like (sharp, dull, stabbing, electric, etc.) What makes it better? Worse? Any leg pain? Pins and needles? Also, you'd need a proper exam. The best way to get relief depends on what is wrong. You're best off seeing your gp or a good chiropractor.
