How can i add weight to my Boxing bag?
should i put a weight plate in middle of bag and cover it with sand, or is there a better way to add weight to boxing bag???
If you have that kind of bag that has an opening on top, then you can stuff in rags or old clothes. I won't advise sand because they can damage the bag.
