It the Motivator 2. Its just about playoffs for Pony and I want to make JV next year, I will be a Sophmore. I am a good contact hitter, but the coach just looks for power.

I would say focus on your core/hips and some chest. Legs will give you a stable base and will help transfer energy but arent the main contributors of a power swing.
I don't know why chest, but a high school teammate who got drafted this year was told by scouts two years ago that he needed to work on his upper body strength (im assuming chest).
