Is it safe to do this?

Does any one know if it is safe to work out on a Bowflex Ultimate 2 Home Gym system if you have had back surgery as long as I follow my restrictions given to me by my doctor and PT?
I am going to physical therapy and am doing some of the same exercises there that you are able to do on the Bowflex.

follow your restrictions and you will be fine. i work at a hospital on a spine unit with literally hundreds of back surgeries a month. it is critical that you follow your doctors restrictions, i cant tell you how many repeat patients we have because they didn't follow the restrictions.
