
What should I focus on in my boxing workout?
I mean like for instance upper body workouts. Do I really need to do them? I thought your power comes from the lower body and your triceps. If I did Tri-cep excersises and lower body workouts would that be sufficient? What should be the focal point of my workouts?
There are loads of exercises to do to increase strength etc, however if you are looking to improve your boxing performance i would focus on improve technique and then, you will achieve power and sped. Practicing this technqius on a bag on on the pads will give you a great work out while improving your skills - in my view a win win situation.
