A good shoulder brace/support for sports?
I had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder about 6 weeks ago to clean out my bursa sac. Im having a hard time finding a good support that will be form fitting to my shoulder and keep it tight during activities such as weightlifting. Any suggestions would be great.
I should also mention that i had a subluxed biceps tendon two years before this
ALSO let me mention, that I am not going to do any of these activities until three months out. Give me some credit people, im just preparing. My surgeon and physical therapist both said to look around, and that a lot of braces can be more of a nuisance than a help. Im just looking for opinions, thanks, and no more rude answers please
Although a brace really shouldn't be necessary following the type of surgery you had, If you feel that it is necessary I would suggest the Sully Shoulder brace. It is one of the best ones out there and I routinely recommend it to the athletes I work with it. If your doctor prescribes it, it may even be covered by your insurane.
