Do they really help? Compression stockings?
I work on my feet for 8-10 hours a day. My calves and feet hurt by the end of the day. I was told to buy a set of compression stockings as they are suppossed to help with the circulation. Any thoughts?? And where can I find them at a decent price?
I know what they are used for. Generally compression stockings are worn by people with diabetes and vericos veins to promote circulation. I am asking if they will help with my aching legs.
You might want to try some really good support hose (ex.Leggs Pantyhose). I am a nurse and am on my feet quite a bit and they really seem to help. The compression stockings or TED hose may be a little too much "compression" on your legs.
