Heart Pulse Rate Calorie Counter Watch - Do they work ?
Does anyone know how effective these items are - are they accurate in calculating how much calories burned in a workout ?
They are indeed very useful and fairly accurate.
The models WITH a chest strap are typically far superior to those without.
