What Are The Best Running Shoes To Wear?
Me and my fiance are going to start running to get toned up for summer. Neither of us are experienced runners and we have no idea what kind of shoes are the best.I know what shoes in general are for running (like nike shocks, etc) but I'm wondering if anyone has personal experience
also, my fiance has had knee problems in the past so he may need extra cushion or something
