Are the marks left after using double sided dresss tape normal?

I used double sided tape to keep up my dress and I was left with dry red marks still a week later. If anyone has any experience using this tape, I used "rescue tape", is this normal? What should I put on my skin?

you could be allergic to the glue on the tape. try a unscented moisturizer. if it doesn't fade go see your doctor.
