Brace elastics: not wearing them for a whole day?
I have elastics on my brace and basically I forgot to put them on before school today, hence I've spent about 10 hours without them on, is this going to seriously affect my treatment plan?
no its not. However, try really hard to wear them, because if your teeth have started to move, they will move back into their old place.
Don't worry too much about - it shouldn't effect you that much!!
