
excercise help??
well i would want to know what kinds of excercise should ido to loose weight...im 17 yrs old 5'3ish and like 110lbs...
well i would want to loose weight on my face cuz its really chubby nd i have some fat under my chin which i hate..[[so gross]] and im not even fat..well mayb a lil bit ...in my belly which i hate its kinda wabbly...eww..so yea
i wat to loose my belly fat and some from my face
and i dance a lot so yea
and my sister she doesnt do any kind of excercise.....eats way more than i do like double......and shes really really skinny
o yea i have a dreadmill and i use it to but it really doesnt work well i dnt see no improvement
well ur sis probably doesnt gain much because she has a fast metabolism then u. also, not only would u have to work out but u got to change ur eating habits if u want to live a healthier life-style. crunches are best for ur stomach. make a daily schedule and ud be set. hope i was a help. good luck!
