Can I receive a decent amount of exercise from the Wii Fit?
I've heard that the new Wii Fit is a very useful game when it comes to exercise.
I myself am trying to loose a few pounds but I'd like to know if I can actually loose weight by playing the Wii Fit before buying it.
If anyone knows anything about how it may be helpful on loosing weight, please let me know in detail.
Get it. It's absolutely addicting, and VERY effective. I don't even feel like I'm working out, but I'm always sore the next day from doing it. It has lots of games that make you feel like you're just playing. It tracks your progress (I've lost 6 pounds in the last two weeks without dieting), and has lots more games you can unlock as you advance. Before you even realize it, you will have gotten a good workout and probably even overdone it a little! I'm 36 and can't stop playing, and I have to fight with the kids to get a turn. Just get it, you won't regret it!!!
