
if i run 4 and a half miles 5 days a week will i start losing weight and start to get toner legs?
I just joined the cross country team and all this week i ran 4 and a half miles monday-friday. I went from no exercise to a lot of exercise. Do you think i will start to lose weight or tone up a bit? I generally don't eat too much. I am 5'2 and weigh 130. i would like to weigh between 120-125
