
Gym Classes? Can anyone tell me what these classes are?
I would like to do some classes at my gym, DW fitness, so burn some fat from my lower body. I am 18. Can anyone tell me what these classes involve and if they would be any good for me? Thanks.

The ChiBall Metho is a mind-body exercise and wellness programme that has its foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Splash is "in-water" based fitness.
pump fx is a weight class using mainly barbells.
20...is aerobics class for the very fit!!!! (dont know much)

power circuuit is a mixture of everything...running,skipping,weights,aerobics everything.
aerobics is from basic to heavy jumping about!!! lol pre organised menouvres.
