
What kind of fitness training should a dancer do? And what would they need to improve?
Basically I'm doing a PEP for my GCSE coursework in PE..
and I'm a bit stuck..
So what types of training would a dancer have to do?
E.g. Fartlek training? Etc.
and what would they want to improve, cardiovasular fitness? stamina?
