has any one tried the abs contour sculping belt or the flex belt?

does it work?

It works for some body types and the reason why I say this is because every body is different. Some exercises that work for you may not work for someone else, this includes the sculpting belt or the flex belt. I honestly think these 2 products are a waste of your time, energy, and money.
