How to set gears to get 6000rpm rotation of last gear while moving the first at 300rpm?
If i have 300 rpm 12v dc geared motor of 1kg-m torque. Can any body tell me how i can achieve 6000rpm at the end but getting the torque around 0.7-0.8 kg-m.I can use any number of gears.
Can I achieve 2000rpm and 1kg-m torque from 3000rpm 0.8kg-m torque?
You need to boost the speed by a factor of 20. Since the power (product of speed & torque) remains the same (neglecting friction loss), the torque will decrease by this same factor. You therefore cannot fulfill your ambition!
The example in your additional details is realisible. Since you drop the speed in the ratio 3 to 2 you should be able (theoretically) to raise the torque by the same factor (3/2). However due to inefficiency you may not make it - it depends on sufficiently good design of the gearing.
