Is there anything i need to do when my contract with Golds Gym comes to an end.?

My contract with Golds Gym is coming to an end this month. Do I need to contact anyone to notify them that I do not wish to renew?

just to be safe YES. some fitness centers will still charge you after cause you never told them you wanted to stop.
