I have joined the gym before one month and would like to know the best excercise for perfect abs and have some advise about starting the excercise and diet.
The two best exercises to make your abs show are the "forkdown" and the "pushaway." To execute the forkdown, simply put your fork down earlier. To execute the pushaway, push yourself away from the table earlier.
If you want a six pack, remember this important phrase: "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym." If you want your abs to show, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. This is done primarily through diet, but adding 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days each week will accelerate the process.
