
I don't have a gym nearby. How else can I strength train my thighs and buttocks at home?
I prefer not to go out because it's coooold outside.
you can do squats, squats with dumbells, or Bulgarian split squat. I would recomend the bulgarian split squat for strength

You don't have to use weights, but they do strengthen more!
