
How to cure back pain caused by gym training?
Yesterday I went to the gym and for training i lifted a 10 kilo plate for a circuit, still lunges, and i also did weights for shoulder presses, and after that my back felt weak. When I got home I had a shower and after that my back started to hurt alot when i bend down or moved it and so do my shoulders. I guess i forgot to stretch but it's still hurting. How can i get rid of it or soothe it? thanks.
