what martial art can i learn at home?
i'm a 13 year old male
i have basics like boxing bag, gloves, handwraps etc...
i need a good workout
i have access to push up stands,, pull up bar etc....

It doesn't matter what kind of equipment you have, without an instructor you can't learn properly. You could try and learn from videos, with potential disastrous results.
