What size would I wear in Pearl Izumi Cycling Shorts?
Hey everyone, I'm looking into getting some Pearl Izumi cycling shorts, but I've never tried them on. What size shorts would I wear if I normally wear a 28 in womens jeans? Thanks! I would say I normally wear a s/m in other workout clothes but that varies so much.

You would wear a size Medium (M).
According to the Sizing Information on the PI website, XS = 24, S = 25-27, M = 27-29, L = 29.5-31.5 and XL = 32.5-34.5. My wife wears about the same size jeans and wears size Medium in PI shorts and she says they fit great. It would be best to hit a local bike shop and try them on though, because you might like the tighter or looser fit and since everyone is shaped a little differently.
I have several pairs of PI shorts, some Small, some Medium, some Large. According to the sizing chart, I should wear a small. Most of my shorts are a size Small but the Mediums fit better in some short styles and the Large fit better for the PI tri-shorts.
