What exercise should you do and how much in order to keep fit? What type of sports you should do to fulfil each types of fitness.
You should jog (about 45 min.), do situps (four sets of ten with a one minute breather between them) , do crunches (same sequence as situps), do push-ups (same sequence as crunches), do knee bends, do bend overs, and do some leg lifts. What are leg lifts? Its when you lay flat on your back on the floor and lift both of your heels only about three inches from the floor while keeping your legs straight and hold them up for about three whole minutes. That's a regimen I crafted right out of my head. Am I doing it myself? Hellll, naw! I need to though since I'm getting as big as the national debt!
