
How Can i Improve my flexibility for kickboxing?
Ive recently taken up kickboxing and was wondering how i can improve my flexibility for the kicks or how to improve power for the kicks as my punching is so much better. Any help is much appreciated!
Stretch in the morning after you wake up and at night before you go to bed. Doing this for a month has given me an incredible leap in flexibility.
If I can get flexible, YOU can get flexible.
As for punching power. Bag work, and slow shadow boxing making sure you emphasize correct form and not speed.
