Knee Injury - Worse After Gym... What to do - Knee Support help?
I've had really bad knee problems for the last 14years, previously as a child the doctors referred me to a specialist who said it was growing pains!!
The problem is my knee cap is very loose and always moving around, and then licks in and out of place every now and then.
Started going to gym 3x a week since May/June, and ive had the problem were i can't never kneel down without it hurting. Doing gym exercise - cross trainer, treadmill, etc doesn't cause any pain
Would a knee support help? I need to go to the gym for basic exercise and want to lose a few extra pounds for my wedding...
Any ideas of what training i can do, or whether a knee support could help, if so which one is the best?
**I can't get a doctors appointment till the end of the week.
Cheers
I have back pain which can be made worse by certain things I do at the gym so i am seeing a sports massager next tuesday to see if he can help, you should ask at your gym if they recommend anyone and using knee support wont do you any harm so you should definately wear it
