I have had mild pins and needles in my left arm, leg, hand and foot for a day now what is it?
During the presentation at work i was resting my left arm on the back the next chair probably for about 20 -25 mins. I got pins and needles iniitally as normal but they haven't subsided and now a day later there is still mild pins and needles down my left arm hand, upper leg and foot. What could this be? Perhaps a nerve problem?
It probably is a compressed nerve but you need to be certain that it's not a stroke. I'd suggest telephoning NHS Direct and talking to one of their nurses. If you're not in the UK, phone your doctor or seek advice from a pharmacist.
