
How can I minimize soreness form weight lifting at the gym?
It's always worse a few hours later- and suggestions on how to cut down on the pain?
if you are a begginer its going to be like that for a week or so.but if you have been doing it for a while dont work them out everyday, i would guarantee you working each muscle every 48 hours to give it rest and when resting is when they grow,one day upper body,next day lower body and so on.warm up for 5 minutes before working out and stretch and after workout 5 minutes to cool down and stretch.milk is also good to feed the muscle,so dont forget the milk
