
I want some advice about power lifting?
I'm beginner in power lifting,but i like it.I'm 22yrs old, im preparing to participate at state level.Any tips to increase my squat and dead lift weight.I have not a instructor .Please answer me
buy a belt.........watch youtube instructor videos........work on lunges, bosu ball squats, wall sits, calve raises, sliding board exercises, box jumps, balance beam, distance running, trap exercises i.e. shrugs, lat pull downs, tri-cep pull downs
JUST TO NAME 1% OF WAT U NEED TO DO FOR THOSE EXERCISES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
