Can Grappling be defeated or nullified?
Through use of striking and/or joint manipulation? I'm primarily a striker and although I have grappling experience with wrestling I hate how people are so biased towards BJJ considering a Gracie hasn't held a UFC or WEC or P.R.I.D.E. title for almost 10 years, any opnions? And would Kung Fu be effective against BJJ or Judo if the Kung Fu practioner could make a quick change in direction to avoid being closed in and was readily trained in long-range techniques such as Northern Shao-Lin because I find grappling something that's used by weaklings that can't fight bigger enemies.
I suppose Kung Fu could be used against BJJ.. if we're talking about MMA, Kung Fu has no place. But if we're talking self defense it's possible
