
How often should I let my muscles "rest and repair" between resistance band workouts?
I heard that once a week, or every other day?
Why?
I want to build and tone my muscles, but I don't go crazy on myself, either.
I'd say I do "medium" intensity workouts.
I actually do the Slim in 6 videos, "Ramp it up" to be specific.
I do what I can.
Ramp It Up and Burn It Up can be done 5-6 days/week for best results. It's not really a heavy duty muscle building program like body building which requires more rest.
