Which is better? the Mizuno wave rally, or the Mizuno wave spike?

I am going to play volleyball in high school, and my coach told me to get some better volleyball shoes. I need to keep these shoes for my entire high school career.

both are very nice but it just depends on what u r doing if u r a front get a shoe with wider heel and lots of cushion so u dont twist your ankle your best bet is to try them both on walk around jump a little and go from there
