what mouthguard/gumshield to get?
Hi, i currently do a mic of kickboxing and muay thai with regular sparring sessions, and i am planning on joining mma/bjj classes. my current coach has been nagging me to get a gumshield and i was just wondering is it worth it to get one custom fitted for the extra cost or should i just get a 'boil and bite' one? will the boil and bite protect my teeth to the same extent because i am slightly worried my teeth will be damaged if a do a competition with a bad gumashield
any suggestions would be appreciated

I do Muay Thai and I would do what ur coach told u to do. In this case, it's much safer to buy a custom fitted.
