You are too young to build. It's okay to tone so do 8-10 reps with strict form if you can't do them strict then lessen the weight. No jerking or forcing the weight slow controlled movements.
Work all your major upper body muscle groups. Chest, back, shoulders and arms. Go to youtube for visuals and ideas then you can see how to do correct form and learn how to train properly.
