what weight boxing gloves should I buy, I'm 14 and way 65 kilograms? they are mainly for pad work and sparring?
I'm 15 and I have Ta:14 gloves for practice. They are good because they protect your hands really good so there not all cut up for a real fight. And when there that heavy your arms get stronger. For a real fight get Ta:10's or 8's because they do more damage because of less padding, and lighter so you can throw faster punches.
