increase my power and strength but with less body fat percentage..i used to do workout heavily but want more power and currently my body fat ratio is 13% approx...
not into supplements..and i am pure veggie...

Nothings wrong with being vegetarian but animal products have essential proteins for power and strength training. If you're not into supplements, where will you get them?
