on a car, use 1180Kg and 806Hp to show as an example.

Power to weighgt ratio is just the power/weight.
Using google(Search for "806 horsepower to watts") find that 806 horsepower = 601 034.096 watts (watts being the SI unit of power).
Therefore the ratio is 509Watts/Kg
(to 3 s.f. used in the question)
