
What do suicides/push-ups/sit ups/pull-ups help you with in basketball?
I heard suicides help for stamina, push-ups help you for increasing and maintaining your range, sit-ups help you stay in the air longer (abs, i don't know i heard that from around), and pull-ups are like pulling against your own weight, so that has to help with something? answer to the best of your ability
