
What exercise can I use to prepare for a push up?
I'm 18 and can do a push up, but after around 10, I have to stop. Is there any exercises I could do to make it easier? I would think using weights, but I'm not sure. I guess it's kind of weird too, I'm asking what exercise I should do to make me better at another exercise
bench press is basically the same thing for the arms... do some of those. But the abdominal strength is required too so work on some weighted crunches and planks. Also make sure that your wrists are strong enough for push ups by doing the exercise regularly.
