Why are the soles of my feet and the palms of my hand a red color?

For some reason, the soles of my feet and the palms of my hand are a red color. It looks like I slapped my hand on something and my palms are a reddish color. The same with my feet.

I have the same problem,have had for years,and i don't have a clue,will be looking what answers you receive.edit i guess its just you and me then.
