
What type of Martial Arts do the British Army use?

The British Army have a diverse association (Army Martial Arts Association) with the following disciplines involved
Karate – Senior Team (Black Belt) to include Kumite, Kata.
Karate – Junior Team (Kyu Grade) to include Kumite, Kata.
ITF Taekwondo – Senior Team (Black Belt) to include Sparring, Patterns.
ITF Taekwondo – Junior Team (Kup Grade) to include Sparring, Patterns.
WTF Taekwondo – all grades.
Weapons (Open to all members of the Association who practice Kata/ Patterns with a weapon)
Kendo
