What martial arts are in the movie "Never Back Down"?
Ok I was watching the film today and it made me realise I want to learn how to fight like this. It would be amazing to defend myself against some guy who thinks he is it. If use don't know then can use tell a martial art that requires more fist and grapple. And one where I don't need to wair the dress things with the belt. I would rather just wair shorts and a top or something. Thank you.
its mma, mostly in that movie its a just brizillian jui jitsu, kick boxing, and judo
