
Should I buy a weighted or speed jump rope?
For 3 and a half months I've been jump skipping with a basic jump rope,my workouts aren't as intensive as they used to be and I can jump rope for a long time pretty easily without stopping.
I'd like to ask: For a person bent on losing weight and burning fat which jump rope would be the best to choose, a weighted or speed jump rope?
I understand a speed jump rope builds reflex and a weighted builds upper body mass and definition, but would the weighted also burn more calories?
I think your best best if to get a speed jump rope. weighted can build muscle,you probably want to wait till you want to tone your body. The speed jump rope is the best way to go. Good luck.
