
Do I HAVE to include skipping into my daily routine of exercise as well as 4hours power walking and the gym?
Ive jus gotten back on track with my eating healthy and exercise program, when i lost the weight before, and it certainly helped alot, BUT i just did skipping as an extra exercise to speed things up a bit.. I really hate skipping though, so im wondering if i absolutely HAVE to include that ...in my daily program(as well as the power walking and the gym) to lose weight?? Or can i still lose the weight by just doing the power walking and the gym without having to do the skipping??
quick question, do you have any time left in your day if your working out that much a day?
