Is there any glue that will make rubber shoes stick to neoprene fabric?
It needs to be waterproof and REALLY strong. Im making a mono fin out of the neoprene/wet suit fabric stuff and rubber swim shoes, they are Women's Froggs All Sport Shoes.
Try Gorilla glue - if you follow the directions, that stuff will stick to anything.
Or try an epoxy, which comes in two parts that you mix right before application. Again, if you do it correctly, epoxy will stick to pretty much anything. It may not be available at the traditional crafts stores, but hardware stores like Lowe's or Home Depot generally carry it.
